I spent 20 years as a retail sales executive, accruing a strong reputation for pushing boundaries through my distinct approach to leadership, sales and service. During my time as Director of Retail in the cosmetics industry, I was in charge of identifying prime store locations and negotiating the best possible deals. It offered me a glimpse into real estate - and I couldn’t get enough.

Marianne, Derek and their two kids had outgrown their starter home in Westfield. They weren't necessarily looking to make a move right away, especially with the "crazy" market they'd heard so much about. But when a beautiful 1900s Victorian home became available in town, we went to look (just for fun) and they fell in love. We placed a bid that won against multiple offers due to the strategically tailored terms, and put their home on the market during the same timeframe.
